This Agreement does not obligate the RCIC to act for Client in any application or proceedings. Should Client require further advice or representation from the RCIC following this initial consultation, Client must sign a separate service agreement with RCIC. The RCIC does not guarantee that she will be able to assist the Client in meeting his or her business, education, employment or immigration goals.

Client Responsibility
The Client must provide the RCIC with factual information and documentation as required to facilitate the initial consultation. The Client must be accurate and honest and must inform the RCIC of all information, even if negative or adverse, which might be relevant to the advice provided by the RCIC and may void this Agreement, or seriously affect the outcome of the application of Client or the retention of any status that Client may obtain.
Confidentiality
All information and documents the Client provides the RCIC at the initial consultation shall remain strictly confidential and will not be distributed to a third party without prior consent, other than the RCIC’s agents and employees, whether or not a retainer is subsequently entered into, except as required by law. This professional obligation exists to encourage candid and complete communications between Client and the RCIC.
Advice current on date of consultation
The advice provided by the RCIC to Client is based on the Canadian immigration law and policy current on the date of the consultation where relevant. The RCIC is not responsible or accountable for any change in government legislation or policy that may impact the processing of any subsequent application by Client.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Saskatchewan, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Please be advised that the RCIC is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

Client can request a rescheduling of the consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by emailing info@nccanadaimmigration.com. Consultation rescheduling can only be done once. Client can cancel the consultation booking up to 24 hours before the consultation. Cancellations attract a 30% cancellation fee. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, no refund will be issued. In the event that Client is more than 15 minutes late for the consultation appointment, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and there will be no refund as fees are considered earned.
